Combination Wrench Set BAHCO 5006 — Forged Cr-V 9 pcs, 8–24 mm
BAHCO 5006 is a set of nine forged combination wrenches made from chrome‑vanadium (Cr‑V) steel, covering sizes from 8 mm to 24 mm. Each wrench features an open end and a ring (box) end, providing flexibility for a variety of fastening and loosening operations. The forged Cr‑V construction delivers a balance of strength and wear resistance suitable for workshop, automotive and maintenance tasks.
The set offers a compact range of common metric sizes in one kit, allowing quick access to the right tool for many jobs. Forged Cr‑V steel construction provides consistent hardness and improved resistance to deformation under load. The combination of open and ring ends means the same tool can be used where clearance varies or when more torque and grip are required on fasteners.
This wrench set is intended for standard metric fasteners within the 8–24 mm range; it is not suitable for imperial/SAE fasteners without adapters or separate tools. For precision torque-critical applications that require calibrated torque wrenches, these combination wrenches should not be used as a substitute. The set does not include a storage tray or case, so standalone organization or transport accessories may be required.
Select the correctly sized wrench for the fastener to ensure full contact between the tool and the nut or bolt. Use the open end where side access or quick turning is needed; use the ring end for improved grip and reduced rounding of fastener corners. Apply force steadily and keep the wrench aligned with the fastener axis to reduce slipping. Inspect tools regularly for wear, cracks or deformation and replace any damaged items to maintain safe working conditions.
Use the ring end for higher torque applications and the open end for quick adjustments in restricted spaces. Keep the tools clean and lightly oiled to reduce corrosion; store them in a dry place and inspect before each use to ensure safety and optimal performance.
