manual screwdriver set Bahco BE-9882S
Set of five insulated manual screwdrivers Bahco BE-9882S including slotted and Pozidriv tips. The set contains three slotted blades (0.5 × 3 × 100 mm, 0.8 × 4 × 100 mm, 1 × 5.5 × 125 mm) and two Pozidriv drivers (PZ1 × 80 mm, PZ2 × 100 mm). Screwdrivers are manufactured from high‑performance alloy steel with insulation moulded directly onto the blade and are individually inspected and tested to IEC 60900 for safe work on live equipment up to 1000 V. The phosphate finish on the tips improves engagement accuracy and prevents flaking. Handles are three‑component, ergonomically shaped following the ERGO™ process to provide comfortable grip, clear tip identification by colour coding and permanent symbol on the domed end, and features such as an anti‑roll flat face and hanging hole. The set is supplied in a cardboard box and its compact package size makes it easy to store.
Insulation moulded on the blade and individual IEC 60900 inspection and 10000 V water‑bath test ensure certified protection for live‑voltage work up to 1000 V. The ERGO™‑designed three‑component handle with soft ridged material improves grip and force transmission while the cylindrical thin shaft and optimised neck length enable quick screw turning and precision control. Colour‑coded handles and permanent symbols simplify tip selection. The phosphate‑treated tips give precise fit and resist flaking. Additional practical details include an anti‑roll face and hanging hole.
Select the correct tip using the colour‑coded handle and the symbol on the domed end. Use the appropriate slotted or Pozidriv driver for the screw head, position the thin cylindrical shaft for easy access, and apply steady turning force with fingers on the optimised neck for precision. For electrical work, confirm absence of voltages where possible and follow safety procedures; when working on live equipment, rely on the rated insulation and certified compliance with IEC 60900.
Store the screwdrivers in the supplied cardboard box or in a tool organiser to protect the insulation and tips. Inspect tools visually for any damage to insulation before each use and replace if the moulded insulation is compromised. Clean tips and handles after use and avoid exposing the insulated blades to solvents or excessive heat that could damage the protective moulding.
