BambuLab PFTE Tube for AMS and X1/P1 Series Printers — Pack of 8
BambuLab PFTE Tube for AMS and X1/P1 Series Printers — Pack of 8 is a set of replacement PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) filament guide tubes designed specifically for use with BambuLab AMS systems and the X1 and P1 series 3D printers. These precision-cut tubes provide a smooth internal surface to reduce friction, support consistent filament feeding and help maintain stable extrusion when printing with common thermoplastics. The pack of eight supports routine maintenance and quick swaps in multi-material setups or single-extruder configurations.
The PTFE material offers low friction and chemical inertness, which reduces filament drag and minimizes the risk of jams. Supplied as a pack of eight, the tubes enable scheduled replacement and spare inventory for multi-material systems. Their dimensions and finish are matched to BambuLab filament paths to ensure reliable seating and consistent filament guidance. Using dedicated PTFE tubing helps extend the service life of hotend components by providing a clean, wear-resistant filament channel.
Replace worn or contaminated filament tubes by removing the old tube from the filament path and inserting a new PTFE tube of the correct length and orientation. Trim the tube ends squarely if necessary to ensure proper seating and secure connections with the printer’s retention fittings. Verify that the filament passes smoothly through the tube before resuming prints and recalibrate filament loading if the printer prompts for it. For AMS installations, follow the AMS disassembly steps in the manufacturer’s maintenance guide to access and replace tubes safely.
Store spare tubes in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Inspect tubes periodically for signs of wear, burns or contamination—replace immediately if deformation or scoring is present. Use with filaments within the printer’s recommended temperature range; PTFE tubing is suitable for guiding typical PLA, PETG and TPU, but consult hotend limits when printing at elevated temperatures.
