Filament BambuLab Refill PLA Basic 1.75 mm 1 kg - Pumpkin Orange
BambuLab Refill PLA Basic 1.75 mm 1 kg in Pumpkin Orange is a general-purpose PLA filament formulated for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. The spool contains 1 kg of PLA thermoplastic suitable for rapid prototyping, hobby models, decorative parts and everyday printing tasks. The material offers the standard characteristics of PLA—easy extrusion, good surface finish and low warping—making it a practical refill option for BambuLab systems and other compatible printers.
This Pumpkin Orange PLA Basic filament provides consistent diameter and reliable feeding for standard desktop 3D printers. It delivers predictable layer adhesion and stable extrusion behavior at typical PLA print temperatures, helping to reduce failed prints and stringing when properly tuned. The color offers a vivid, matte-like finish suitable for visible prototypes and decorative items while remaining compatible with common post-processing methods like light sanding and painting.
Load the spool onto the printer’s filament holder and feed the filament through the extruder according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Set the nozzle and bed temperatures to standard PLA ranges recommended by your printer or slicer software (commonly around 190–220°C for the hotend and 20–60°C for a heated bed if used). Calibrate extrusion multiplier, flow and retraction settings to match your printer and the filament for optimal surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Print at moderate speeds and allow adequate cooling between layers for best results.
Store the filament in a dry environment and use desiccant in the spool bag to minimize moisture absorption. If the filament has absorbed moisture, drying at a low temperature in a filament dryer or an oven designed for filament drying can restore printability. For critical dimensional parts, perform test prints to fine-tune slicer settings before a full production run.
