Filament BambuLab Refill PLA Basic 1.75 mm 1 kg – Blue
BambuLab Refill PLA Basic 1.75 mm 1 kg – Blue is a general-purpose PLA filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. The filament spool contains 1 kg of blue PLA suitable for everyday printing tasks such as prototypes, hobby parts and household items. It is formulated to deliver the standard characteristics of PLA: ease of use, low warping and compatibility with common printing parameters and slicer profiles.
This PLA filament provides reliable feeding and consistent extrusion on a wide range of consumer and prosumer 3D printers. It prints well at typical PLA temperatures and produces good layer adhesion for functional prototypes and visual models. The material is dimensionally stable for small to medium-sized parts and allows straightforward post-processing such as sanding and painting under standard workshop conditions.
Load the spool onto the printer’s filament holder and feed the filament through the extruder according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Set print temperature and bed conditions to commonly recommended PLA ranges; typically an extruder temperature between 190–220 °C and a non-heated or mildly heated bed up to 60 °C, depending on your specific printer and part geometry. Calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings for minimal stringing and consistent flow before starting a full print. Use standard layer heights and print speeds appropriate for the nozzle diameter and desired surface quality.
Store the filament in a dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain printability. When switching colors or materials, purge the hotend thoroughly to avoid contamination. For best results with functional or load-bearing parts, verify mechanical properties with a test print and adjust print settings accordingly.
