How to use

Attach the multi-purpose blade to the shaft of your bamix® hand blender according to the appliance instructions. Submerge the blade into the food or liquid to be processed and run the blender at the appropriate speed for the ingredient. Move the blender gently to achieve an even texture. For hard items such as ice, use short bursts and avoid excessive pressure on the blade.

Usage recommendations

Clean the blade after each use, preferably by rinsing under running water and wiping dry; for thorough cleaning, remove the blade and wash by hand with mild detergent. Inspect the blade regularly and replace it if damaged. Do not use the blade with non-bamix® appliances or in ovens.
