How to use

Select a hole saw of the required diameter and attach it to the adapter. Insert the pilot drill into the adapter to centre the saw, secure the assembly with the hex key and mount it in a compatible drill. Start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot hole, then increase speed as appropriate while keeping the drill perpendicular to the work surface. Withdraw the saw periodically to remove chips and avoid overheating. After cutting, remove the hole saw and clear the workpiece of debris.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses and gloves). For best results on wood, clamp the workpiece and use steady pressure; on thin plastic, reduce drill speed and support the material to prevent cracking. Do not exceed the specified 25 mm cutting depth and ensure the drill is compatible with the adapter shank.
