Crimping pliers Beast 8025498 for 6P/8P network cables (RJ11/RJ45)
Beast 8025498 crimping pliers are a professional tool designed for crimping network and telephone cable connectors. The piston-type mechanism ensures even pressure is applied simultaneously across all connector pins. The tool includes three connector slots to accommodate 8-wire connectors (8P8C/RJ45), 6-wire connectors (6P6C/RJ12) and 4-wire connectors (6P4C/RJ11). Four replaceable blades are built into the tool: three blades for stripping different cable types, including shielded cables, and one blade for cutting a single conductor. The set also contains an additional knife for LSA terminal conductor stripping (insulation removal and conductor preparation).
The piston mechanism provides uniform crimp pressure for reliable connector terminations. Multiple dedicated slots cover common connector standards (8P8C/RJ45, 6P6C/RJ12, 6P4C/RJ11) so a single tool handles both network and telephone cables. Replaceable blades and an included LSA stripping knife add versatility for stripping and cutting tasks without needing extra tools.
Insert the prepared cable into the appropriate connector slot (8P8C, 6P6C or 6P4C) and position the connector in the crimping chamber. Squeeze the handles until the piston mechanism completes a full stroke to apply uniform pressure to all pins. Use the built-in stripping blades to remove outer insulation or shield and the single-conductor blade to trim individual conductors. Use the LSA stripping knife to remove insulation for LSA terminal connections, then crimp as required.
For consistent results, verify cable pinout and connector type before crimping and perform a test termination. Replace blades when wear affects stripping or cutting performance and keep the tool clean and lightly lubricated on the pivot to maintain smooth piston action.
