Wire stripping pliers Beast 8027843 for 0.25–6 mm² conductors
Beast 8027843 wire stripping pliers are professional crimping and stripping pliers designed for insulated ferrules and round conductors from 0.25 to 6 mm² (10–23 AWG). The tool combines an automatic-adjust mechanism for ferrule diameter with adjustable pressing force and a locking device, making it suitable for electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks where reliable stripping and crimping of ferrules on stranded conductors is required.
The pliers feature an automatic-adaptive crimping mechanism that adjusts to ferrule diameters, an adjustable crimping force for consistent results, and a locking mechanism for safe storage. They are compact and ergonomically constructed to facilitate precise handling and to reduce the risk of conductor damage during stripping and crimping.
Place the stripped end of the stranded conductor into the insulated ferrule, insert the ferrule into the crimping jaw, then squeeze the handles evenly until the crimping mechanism completes the press. Adjust the crimping force as needed before operation and use the locking mechanism to secure the tool when not in use. For stripping conductors, position the wire in the stripping groove and rotate or pull according to the wire type to remove insulation without nicking the conductor.
Use the pliers only within the specified conductor range (0.25–6 mm²). Verify the ferrule type and size compatibility before crimping, set the appropriate crimping force to avoid over-compression, and inspect crimps visually for firm mechanical and electrical contact. Keep the tool clean and store it locked when not in use.
