Beast 9027417 is a three-piece puller set designed for removing bearings, gears, pulleys, discs and rings. The kit includes two three‑leg pullers with 100 mm and 150 mm leg lengths and one two‑leg puller with a 75 mm leg length. Interchangeable jaws provide options for extracting internal and external press‑fit parts in workshop and DIY applications.

How to use

Select the puller size appropriate for the part to be removed and fit the legs around the bearing, gear or pulley so the legs engage the outer or inner edge as required. Adjust each leg individually to ensure even contact and centre the forcing screw on the shaft. Turn the forcing screw gradually and evenly to extract the component, monitoring alignment and stopping if resistance or misalignment occurs.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure the workpiece is securely supported. Apply light penetrating oil if parts are seized and avoid excessive force. Inspect puller legs and screw for wear before use and replace damaged components to prevent slippage or breakage.
