Built-in oven BEKO BCBIS17400KSBS combines a 72 L cavity and A+ energy efficiency with steam-assisted cooking and AeroPerfect™ airflow to deliver even temperatures and juicier results. The oven features a white LED display with adjustable brightness for time, timer and settings. Steam-supported cooking adds humidity during baking to help retain moisture in meat and vegetables while producing well-baked goods. 3D cooking activates all heating elements for multi-level use and even heat distribution, while the booster function speeds up preheating by using all heat sources until the set temperature is reached.
AeroPerfect™ technology reduces temperature fluctuations through constant airflow for consistent results. Steam-assisted cooking produces tender, moist meat and soft interiors with crisp exteriors. 3D cooking enables simultaneous preparation of different dishes by activating all heating elements. Booster preheat shortens waiting time. Soft Close door and telescopic rails improve safety and handling when accessing hot dishes. The three-layer glass door keeps the outer surface cooler. Steam cleaning removes light spills using only hot water steam, and a screen lock protects the control panel during cleaning or to prevent unintended operation.
Fill the oven's water tank according to the user manual before using the steam-assisted cooking function. Select the desired cooking mode (steam-assisted, 3D cooking or other available program) and set the temperature and timer using the white LED display. Use the booster function to reach the set temperature faster; the oven will revert to the selected cooking mode automatically once preheating is complete. Use telescopic rails to slide trays out safely and close the door gently to engage the Soft Close mechanism. For light cleaning of spills, run the steam cleaning program and then wipe residues with a clean cloth. Activate the screen lock when cleaning the control panel or to prevent unintended changes to settings.
For best results with steam-assisted cooking, preheat the oven when required, avoid overfilling the cavity to allow proper air and steam circulation, and consult the appliance manual for water tank filling limits and recommended programs for different food types.
