How to use

Install the BenchK 521B to a suitable solid wall or secure it between floor and ceiling following the manufacturer's recommendations and local building requirements. The assembly set is included, but wall anchors are not supplied because the correct type depends on the wall material. After secure mounting, use the permanent pull-up bar and wooden rungs for pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, bodyweight rows and mobility exercises. The additional rung at pull-up height enables different grip positions and progressive training variations. Always verify stability before each session and do not exceed the stated maximum load of 150 kg.

Usage recommendations

Mount only to solid structural surfaces; installation to plasterboard is not possible. Minimum recommended wall thickness when using expansion bolts is 120 mm. Consider pairing the wall bars with BenchK DB1 dip bars or workout bench B1 for expanded workout options. Natural wood coloring may vary; maintain wooden rungs by periodically checking and reapplying appropriate food-safe oil if surface wear appears.
