How to use

Install the BenchK 731B on a suitable solid wall following the manufacturer’s guidelines and using appropriate fixings for the wall type; the product does not include a universal wall mounting set. Do not mount to plasterboard. When installed, use the pull-up bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises and other bodyweight movements. Adjust the height of the PB3 pull-up bar by repositioning it on the felt-lined hooks; flipping the bar creates a barbell rest for exercises that require bar support. Observe the maximum load limits during use.

Usage recommendations

Choose wall fixings appropriate to your wall construction and ensure minimum required wall thickness when using expansion bolts. Check all fastenings regularly and avoid exceeding the specified maximum loads. Be aware that wood tones and finishes may vary slightly from images due to natural material characteristics.
