How to use

Mount the BenchK 733W to a suitable solid wall following the wall fixings manufacturer recommendations and the customer’s decision on anchoring method. The unit is not suitable for plasterboard-only walls; a minimum required wall thickness of 12 cm applies when using Fischer expansion bolts specified by BenchK. After secure installation, attach or remove the additional elements as needed: flip the PB3 to use as a barbell rest, fit the reversible bench for angled or vertical presses, and attach suspension straps for bodyweight routines. Use the wooden rungs for hangs, step-ups and assisted stretches according to standard exercise technique.

Usage recommendations

Check wall type and load-bearing capacity before installation. Use appropriate anchors for your wall material and follow local safety guidelines. Do not mount to plasterboard without suitable structural backing. Regularly inspect fixings and the condition of removable elements before each use.
