BenchK 200B is a wall-mounted pull-up bar and gymnastic wall bars designed for home and small-gym use. The unit is 670 mm wide, 2300 mm high and rated for a maximum load of 150 kg. How to use

Mount the BenchK 200B securely to a load-bearing wall using appropriate fixings for your wall type; the product includes an assembly set but does not include wall-specific anchors. Wall mounting is not possible to plasterboard alone. For installations using Fischer expansion bolts from the same brand, a minimum wall thickness of 12 cm is required. After secure installation, use the wooden rungs for bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging knee raises, and for anchoring resistance bands or suspension straps. Ensure the assembly and mounting method is suitable for the wall and load before use.

Usage recommendations

Inspect wall fixings and rungs regularly for wear or loosening. Do not exceed the maximum load of 150 kg. Avoid mounting on non-load-bearing partitions; consult a qualified fitter or follow manufacturer guidance for alternative anchors.
