BenchK 721B is a wall-mounted pull-up bar and stall bar combination designed for bodyweight and functional strength training. The unit measures 670 mm in width and 2400 mm in height and supports a maximum load of 150 kg. Constructed from solid beech wood rungs and powder-coated steel profiles, the BenchK 721B combines wooden rungs with a permanently fixed steel pull-up bar to create a compact training solution for homes, studios or small gyms. The product is manufactured in Poland and conforms to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03.

Advantages

The stall bar integrates a 27.2 mm diameter pull-up bar with six non-slip handles and solid beech rungs finished with two layers of organic, food-contact-approved linseed oil. How to use

Install the BenchK 721B on a load-bearing wall following manufacturer recommendations for wall fixings and local building requirements. The product includes an assembly set; select appropriate expansion bolts or anchors based on the wall material and thickness — installation to plasterboard walls is not possible. Once securely mounted, use the fixed pull-up bar and wooden rungs for pull-ups, hanging leg raises, assisted stretching and ladder-style climbing movements. Maintain proper form and progress intensity gradually to avoid overload.

Usage recommendations

Verify wall suitability and fastening method before installation. Minimum recommended solid wall thickness for use with Fischer expansion bolts is 12 cm. Regularly inspect fastenings, steel profiles and wooden rungs for wear or loosening. Clean wooden rungs with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive chemicals to preserve the oil finish. Use the product within the specified maximum load of 150 kg and avoid dynamic impacts beyond normal exercise use.
