How to use

Install the BenchK 723B on a solid wall using appropriate anchors for the wall material; wall mounting set is not included because recommended fixings depend on wall type. The minimum recommended solid wall thickness for expansion anchors is 120 mm when using compatible Fischer expansion bolts. After secure installation, use the pull-up bar and dip bar for standard bodyweight exercises and the bench for inclined or vertical presses and abdominal work. Regularly inspect mounting points, steel welds and wooden rungs for signs of wear or loosening.

Usage recommendations

Ensure the mounting surface is solid (concrete or solid brick recommended). Do not mount to plasterboard. Follow manufacturer and local building recommendations for anchor selection and torque values; the customer is responsible for the installation method. Check wood color variations against product images and allow minor natural differences.
