How to use

Install the BenchK 221B on a suitable load-bearing wall following manufacturer guidance and selecting appropriate wall fixings for your wall type; mounting hardware for the wall (expansion bolts or anchors) is not included. Once securely fixed, the wall bars and pull-up bar can be used for standard pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging knee raises, assisted stretches and gymnastic movements. Ensure each exercise is performed with controlled motion and maintain correct body alignment to reduce strain.

Usage recommendations

Do not mount the unit on plasterboard walls. Minimum recommended wall thickness when using Fischer expansion bolts available from BenchK is 12 cm (4.7"), though the final choice of wall fixings is the customer’s responsibility. Periodically inspect fixings, wooden rungs and steel elements for wear or loosening and re-tighten or replace fixings as needed. Clean wooden rungs with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the oiled finish. Observe the 150 kg maximum load limit at all times.
