Interactive whiteboard BenQ RE9804FV2 98" 3840x2160 Touchscreen Android 64GB 40W Speakers Black
The BenQ RE9804FV2 is a 98" interactive whiteboard with a 3840×2160 UHD touchscreen and integrated Android 14 platform. Designed for classrooms, meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces, this all-in-one display combines a large-format 4K panel, up to 64 GB internal storage, 40 W built-in speakers and advanced conferencing features such as a 48MP camera, far-field microphones and NFC one-tap login. The IR touch technology supports multi-touch input and a capacious working area to facilitate presentations, ideation and co-creation.
The RE9804FV2 delivers crisp 4K visuals with 500 cd/m² brightness and a wide 16:9 display area, enabling clear content visibility in typical classroom and meeting-room lighting. Its Android-based system and Google EDLA certification provide direct access to approved applications and cloud services, while device-management tools let administrators deploy updates, policies and user lists centrally. Integrated audio, camera and microphones reduce the need for separate peripherals and simplify hybrid meeting setups.
This display may be excessive for very small offices or individual desktop use because of its large physical size (98") and installation requirements. Environments that require a completely detachable, battery-powered or ultra-portable display should consider smaller or mobile alternatives.
Mount the BenQ RE9804FV2 on a suitable VESA-compatible wall bracket or stand and connect power and network (Ethernet or Wi‑Fi via onboard Android). Use the integrated Android interface to sign in with enterprise credentials or NFC one-tap login, install approved apps via Google EDLA, and configure device policies through the management console. During meetings or lessons, present content directly from the board, connect a slot-in Windows PC for specialized software, or use wired/wireless screen sharing. Use the touch-enabled whiteboard and pen tools for annotation, save sessions to internal storage or cloud accounts, and manage audio and camera settings from the system menu.
For optimal results, place the display at a comfortable viewing height for the intended audience, enable energy-saving modes when not in active use, and schedule regular firmware and app updates through the management console. Use the built-in camera and far-field microphones for hybrid meetings, and store frequently used templates or lesson materials on the device or linked cloud accounts to speed session setup.
