Gas patio heater BESK CZGB-D1, glass tube, 13 kW (219 cm height), LPG/propane/butane
BESK CZGB-D1 is a gas patio heater with a tall vertical profile and a transparent glass tube that makes the flame visible while delivering 13 kW (45,000 BTU) of heat. The unit operates on propane, butane or LPG mixtures and is designed with a four-piece aluminium reflector that directs heat downward to warm people and surfaces. A flame screen and protective metal grille surround the burner assembly for added safety. The heater includes a stable base with integrated space for a gas cylinder and built-in wheels to simplify repositioning on terraces, cafés, restaurants and outdoor event areas. Regulator and hose are not included.
The glass tube design provides a clear visual flame effect while the 13 kW heat output offers effective radiant warmth for outdoor seating areas. The aluminium reflector focuses heat downward to increase comfort at table level, and the protective grill and flame screen reduce direct contact with the burner. Built-in wheels and a stable cylinder base make the heater straightforward to move and set up without additional tools. The unit supports commonly available fuels (propane, butane, LPG blends), enabling flexible refuelling options.
Place the heater on a level, non-combustible surface with adequate clearance from walls, furniture and overhead structures. Install a compatible gas cylinder in the base according to the manufacturer’s instructions and connect a suitable regulator and hose (not supplied) rated for LPG use. Open the gas supply slowly and use the control knob or ignition procedure described in the included manual to light the burner. Adjust output as needed and monitor the unit while in operation. Turn off the gas supply and allow the heater to cool fully before moving or storing.
For safe and reliable operation, use regulators and hoses that match local gas standards and have current inspection dates. Maintain minimum clearances from combustible materials, regularly check connections for leaks with a soapy water test, and perform routine visual inspections of the glass tube, reflector and protective grille. Do not leave the heater unattended while lit and store propane or butane cylinders outdoors in an upright position when not in use.
