Bestway Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip Cold Plunge Recovery Ice Bath Tub 2-Person 431L
The Bestway Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip Cold Plunge Recovery Ice Bath Tub is a portable two-person cold plunge with a 431 L capacity and oval shape. Designed for recovery and refreshment after training or long days, it combines a durable Tritech external wall, a Polar-Shield protected liner and a corrosion-resistant steel frame to maintain performance even in cold conditions. The unit operates on 220–240 V AC and includes a filter pump and reinforced cover; chiller and ice are not included.
The Glacial Dip provides a robust, puncture-resistant exterior and a flexible, cold-tolerant liner for year-round use. Its steel frame adds stability while the included filter pump helps keep water clear. The reinforced cover helps retain cold and protects the water when the tub is not in use. The oval 2-person design and 431 L volume balance space and portability for home or portable recovery setups.
Set up the tub on a flat, level surface clear of sharp objects. Assemble the steel frame according to the manufacturer instructions and unfold the tub. Fill with water to the recommended level, connect the included filter pump to the power supply (220–240 V AC) and run filtration to ensure water clarity. For a cold plunge, add ice or use a separate chiller (not included) to reach the desired temperature. Enter the tub carefully and limit initial immersion times; follow personal tolerance and any medical guidance.
Start with short dips of one to three minutes at a time, gradually increasing duration as tolerated. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning cold-therapy routines if you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical conditions. Use the reinforced cover when not in use to maintain water cleanliness and temperature.
