Blood pressure monitor Beurer BM27 automatic measurement with LCD display
The Beurer BM27 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor with an LCD display designed for home use. It performs fully automatic measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse, displays results on a clear screen, and supports saving values for later review. The device features cuff position control to help ensure correct placement and a USB-C connection for optional mains operation.
The BM27 simplifies measurement by providing automatic operation, cuff position control to reduce placement errors, and an automatic incorrect-usage message that notifies the user when measurements may be invalid. A clear, easy-to-read LCD and Scan & Save functionality make reading and storing results straightforward. USB-C connectivity allows powering the device from an external adapter if required.
Place the cuff on the upper arm according to the cuff position indicators and sit in a relaxed position with the arm supported at heart level. Switch the device on and start the automatic measurement; the monitor will inflate the cuff, measure systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse, then display the results on the LCD. If available, use the Scan & Save function to transfer and store readings in the compatible app. If mains power is preferred, connect a USB-C adapter to the device before use.
Measure at consistent times each day, avoid talking or moving during measurement, and ensure the cuff is placed correctly on the bare upper arm. Record values regularly and share them with a healthcare professional when monitoring cardiovascular health.
