Big BIG Bag 80×80×90 cm P1 0.5 t — bulk bag for material handling
BIG BIG Bag 80×80×90 cm P1 0.5 t is a flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) designed for storing, lifting and transporting dry bulk materials. The bag is sized 80×80×90 cm and rated for a nominal capacity of 0.5 tonnes (500 kg). Constructed from woven polypropylene, this bulk bag is intended for handling aggregates, grains, recyclables, construction debris and other free-flowing or granular materials in industrial, agricultural and construction settings. The design supports safe lifting and temporary on-site storage, with variants available with either a single or four lifting loops to suit handling equipment and workflow.
The BIG BIG Bag combines high-strength woven fabric with reinforced stitching to provide reliable load support while remaining lightweight and compact when empty. Its rectangular dimensions allow stable stacking and efficient use of pallet space. The availability of single or four lifting loops gives flexibility for crane, forklift or manual handling methods. The material is resistant to tearing and abrasion under normal use conditions, and the bag can be folded flat for economical transport and storage between uses.
Position the BIG BIG Bag on a stable, level surface or pallet before filling. When using lifting loops, ensure loops are fully engaged with the lifting device and that the load is evenly distributed across loops. Fill the bag with dry, free-flowing material up to the recommended fill height; avoid overfilling. For discharge, use the provided bottom spout or open the top, depending on the bag variant. After emptying, fold the bag flat and store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain material integrity.
Inspect each bag visually before use for signs of damage, abrasion or compromised stitching. Follow site lifting and stacking safety procedures, use appropriate lifting gear, and avoid lifting bags over personnel. Do not exceed the nominal capacity, and avoid prolonged exposure to UV when long-term outdoor storage is required.
