The alloy monopod extends from 22 cm to 103 cm and includes a spring-loaded phone mount and a 3.5 mm cable trigger release that connects to the phone’s headphone socket, allowing shutter activation from a button on the rubber grip without batteries.

How to use

Attach the spring-loaded phone mount to the monopod and secure your phone between the rubber grips, ensuring the phone width is within 50–85 mm. Plug the 3.5 mm trigger cable into the phone’s headphone socket, extend the monopod to the desired length and hold the rubber grip. Press the built-in button on the grip to activate the camera shutter. For cameras or action cameras, remove the phone mount and attach the device using the 1/4" screw or a GoPro adapter.

Usage recommendations

For stable shots, extend the monopod only as far as necessary and keep a firm hold on the rubber grip. Avoid over-torquing the telescopic sections when extending or collapsing. Confirm compatibility with your phone model and headphone-trigger functionality before use.
