Built-in cooker set BOMANN EHBC7935IX combines a stainless-steel electric oven and a ceramic hob with four cooking zones. Both appliances are operated from the oven front panel using rotary knobs. The hob features residual heat indicators for each zone. The oven includes an ambient fan, interior lighting and a removable triple-glazed door for easier cleaning.
The ceramic hob provides four heat zones with two smaller Ø 165 mm zones at 1200 W and two larger Ø 200 mm zones at 1800 W, each with a residual heat indicator for safe use. The electric oven offers a wide temperature range from 50°C to 250°C with an indicator that signals when the set temperature is reached, five cooking functions (bottom heat, two-sided heat, top heat, grill, Eco) and a circulating fan for even heat distribution. The removable triple-glazed door and oven light simplify cleaning and monitoring of dishes.
Set the desired cooking zone on the ceramic hob using the corresponding rotary knob on the oven front panel and adjust the heat level. For oven cooking, select the required function and temperature using the dedicated knobs, then wait for the temperature indicator to show that the set temperature has been reached before placing food inside. Use the oven light to monitor cooking progress and remove the door if necessary for cleaning when the oven is cool.
Use cookware with flat, smooth bottoms for best contact on the ceramic hob. Allow residual heat indicators to cool before touching the hob surface. Preheat the oven when recipes call for a specific temperature and clean the removable door and oven interior regularly to maintain performance.
