How to use

Install three AAA batteries into the battery compartment according to the polarity markings. Place the headlamp on the headband and adjust position for a comfortable fit. Use the power/mode button to cycle through the four modes: white strong, white weak, red steady and red flash. Tilt the lamp head up or down up to 90 degrees to aim the beam where needed.

Usage recommendations

For longest battery life, use lower brightness mode when full output is not required and switch off the lamp when not in use. Avoid prolonged submersion; IPX6 protection resists heavy splashes and rain but is not intended for diving.
