Pistol Grip Drill Bosch GSR 18V-45, 1900 RPM, 900 g
The Bosch GSR 18V-45 pistol grip drill combines a brushless motor and a compact, lightweight body to deliver efficient drilling and screwdriving performance. With a maximum no-load speed of 1900 RPM and a 13 mm chuck, the tool handles a variety of household and professional tasks. Capable of drilling up to 35 mm in wood and up to 10 mm in steel, the drill is powered by a 2 Ah Lithium-Ion battery and is supplied with two batteries to extend runtime and reduce interruptions. At 900 g, the drill is easy to maneuver for overhead and tight-space work while maintaining stable torque for consistent results.
The brushless motor increases energy efficiency and lowers maintenance compared with brushed alternatives, while the compact pistol grip design improves ergonomics and control. Lightweight construction reduces user fatigue during extended use. The included two batteries provide longer continuous operation and convenient battery rotation. A 13 mm chuck accepts a broad range of drill and driver bits, and a maximum idle speed of 1900 RPM enables effective progress in wood and metal applications.
Charge the supplied 18 V Lithium‑Ion batteries fully before first use. Insert a suitable drill or driver bit into the 13 mm chuck and tighten securely. Select an appropriate speed and torque setting for the material and task—use lower speeds for metal and higher speeds for wood. Position the drill perpendicular to the work surface and apply steady pressure; avoid excessive force to prevent bit wear or damage. For screwdriving, align the bit with the screw head and use controlled speed to seat the screw without stripping.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection. When drilling metal, use cutting fluid to extend bit life and reduce heat. Rotate batteries to maintain continuous workflow and store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
