Grinding stone Bosch 1.609.200.286 mounted points provide long lifetime and consistent performance when grinding steel and similar hard materials. The high-quality abrasive grain combined with vitrified bonding increases endurance during demanding tasks. These mounted points are intended for grinding and deburring both hardened and non-hardened steel and are compatible with drills and straight grinders that use collets. Available shapes include round (a), half‑round (b), cylindrical (c), disc‑shaped (d) and tapered (e). Each pack contains 5 pieces with dimensions 25 mm (width) × 120 mm (depth) × 120 mm (height).
The vitrified bond and quality abrasive grain deliver prolonged tool life and stable performance on tough materials. Compatibility with collet chucks allows use in drills and straight grinders. Multiple shapes provide flexibility for various grinding and deburring tasks. Pack quantity and standard dimensions make selection and replacement straightforward.
Install the appropriate mounted point into a compatible collet chuck on a drill or straight grinder. Ensure the collet securely clamps the shank and that the tool is disconnected from power when changing accessories. Operate the grinder at the manufacturer‑recommended speed range for mounted points, apply moderate pressure, and move steadily over the workpiece to avoid overheating or uneven wear. Replace worn mounted points with a new piece from the pack.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, and hearing protection). Check tool speed compatibility with mounted points and avoid excessive lateral forces. Store the mounted points in a dry place and replace them when abrasive performance decreases.
