Masonry drill bit Bosch 2 607 019 903
The Bosch masonry drill bit set is designed for drilling precise holes in concrete and various masonry materials using rotary hammers with SDS plus holders. The bits are made from high-alloy steel with optimised hardening and feature Bosch-controlled carbide cutting edges for increased wear resistance and long service life. The product carries the PGM Masonry Drill Bit Association Board mark, confirming tight tolerances, accurate hole dimensions and secure fixing retention.
The drill bits combine hardened high-alloy steel with indented carbide cutting edges to resist wear during repetitive drilling in masonry. Tight manufacturing tolerances ensure consistently accurate hole sizes and improved grip for fixings. The SDS plus shank design allows quick, secure mounting in compatible rotary hammers.
These masonry bits are not intended for drilling in metal, wood or ceramic tiles; using them on these materials will reduce performance and can damage the cutting edges. They are designed specifically for rotary hammers with SDS plus chucks and may not fit drills with different chuck systems.
Choose the correct diameter and insert the SDS plus shank into a compatible rotary hammer until it locks. Mark the drilling position and start at low speed to position the bit, then use rotary hammer mode and appropriate pressure to advance the bit through masonry. Withdraw occasionally to remove debris and reduce heat build-up. Secure fixings in the drilled hole once the required depth is reached.
For best results, use in rotary hammer mode with moderate, steady pressure and allow the bit to clear dust frequently. Replace bits when cutting edges become blunt to maintain hole accuracy and fixing retention.
