Hole Saw Single Bosch 2 608 599 047
The Bosch Hole Saw 2 608 599 047 is designed for dry drilling in soft and hard building materials such as brick, concrete and stone. With laser-welded segments fixed to a hardened steel body and an optimized segment matrix, this hole saw delivers high-performance dry drilling and long service life. It is suitable for use with rotary hammers (SDS Plus) in non-impact mode and with drills of at least 1,000 W at speeds from 1,300 rpm.
The optimized matrix of diamond segments enables efficient dry drilling even in reinforced concrete with rebar up to 10 mm in diameter. Laser-welded segments are firmly attached to the hardened steel body, reducing the risk of segment breakage and extending tool life. The design ensures consistent cutting performance across a wide range of masonry materials.
Mount the Bosch hole saw securely on a suitable arbor and attach it to an SDS Plus rotary hammer. Set the tool to non-impact (rotary) mode and select a drill with sufficient power (≥ 1,000 W). Start drilling at moderate speed and maintain steady pressure; increase speed as needed up to the recommended rpm. If encountering rebar, continue drilling with controlled force keeping within the rebar diameter limit specified.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves and dust mask) and ensure workpiece is securely supported. For prolonged life, avoid excessive side pressure and clear debris periodically during drilling.
