Blades for Multi-Tools Bosch ACZ 70 RT5
The Starlock ACZ 70 RT5 blade is an extra-slim oscillating multi-tool blade designed for very fine cuts in grout, abrasive materials and soft masonry. With a 1.6 mm cutting width and a fine carbide grit 50 coating, the blade produces precise, narrow cuts for routing grout joints, creating grooves for concealed cables and pipes in porous concrete or soft brick, and cutting recesses in cement-bonded fibre boards or epoxy/glass fibre-reinforced plastics. The blade fits all Starlock, Starlock Plus and Starlock Max tools and most common multi-tools, and uses the Starlock Snap-In mounting for quick tool-free blade changes.
The ACZ 70 RT5 offers an extremely thin 1.6 mm cutting width and a high-quality fine carbide grit 50 coating for distinctively thin and wear-resistant cuts. Its pointed segment ends allow access into tight corners while the round blade body supports straight cuts. The durable carbide grit ensures high wear resistance and extended service life. The Starlock Snap-In system enables fast removal and secure 3D power transfer between tool and accessory.
Fit the blade onto a compatible Starlock or multi-tool using the Starlock Snap-In mounting until it locks. Select an appropriate oscillation speed for the material and start with gentle, controlled passes to establish the groove or cut. For precise thin joints and recesses, keep the blade steady and use light pressure; allow the blade to do the cutting. Replace the blade when cutting quality decreases.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye, ear and dust protection) and clamp or support the workpiece. For long blade life, avoid excessive side pressure and choose a lower speed for abrasive materials. Ensure compatibility with your specific multi-tool model before use.
