How to use

Mount the CoreCutter into an SDS max-compatible rotary hammer according to the machine manufacturer's instructions. Mark the center of the hole on the work surface and start drilling at low speed to create a pilot seat; then apply steady pressure and operate at the recommended impact mode for masonry drilling. Use controlled feed to allow the carbide teeth to cut efficiently and withdraw occasionally to clear accumulated dust. For breakthrough, reduce feed force as the cutter exits the material to minimise chipping.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. For improved dust control and longer tool life, use with dust extraction or periodic clearing of chips.
