Induction Hob Bosch Serie 6 PVQ811H26E 4 Zones Touch Control
The Bosch Serie 6 PVQ811H26E is an 80 cm built-in induction hob with four cooking zones and a front-positioned touch control panel. The surface is black ceramic glass designed for flush installation into an installation compartment 750 mm wide, 223 mm deep and 490 mm high. The appliance supports a connected load of 7400 W and operates on AC 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz. Integrated features include a digital timer, pan detection, residual heat indicators and a child lock. Advanced cooking functions available are AutoOn, CombiZone, DirectSelect, PerfectFry, PowerBoost and Home Connect integration. The hob allows ducted or recirculating extraction and has a maximum extraction capacity of 622 m³/h with a sound level up to 69 dB.
The induction surface delivers fast, energy-efficient heating and precise temperature control while the CombiZone function lets you combine zones for larger cookware. Front-positioned touch controls provide direct access to settings without reaching across hot zones. Built-in timer and residual heat indicators enhance safety and convenience, and the child lock prevents unintended operation. PowerBoost increases power for rapid heating and PerfectFry helps maintain consistent frying temperatures. Home Connect enables remote monitoring and integration with compatible smart-home systems.
Place compatible induction cookware on the selected cooking zone and use the front touch controls to select power levels, timer and special functions such as CombiZone or PowerBoost. The hob will detect suitable pans automatically and display residual heat indicators after use. Use the digital timer to set cooking durations and the child lock to prevent accidental changes during operation. For extraction, configure ducted or recirculating mode according to your kitchen ventilation layout and follow the manufacturer's installation instructions for connecting the built-in hood and extraction system.
Use flat, ferromagnetic cookware for best induction performance and avoid sliding heavy pots across the ceramic surface to reduce the risk of scratches. Regularly clean the ceramic glass with suitable non-abrasive cleaners when the surface is cool. When using CombiZone ensure cookware covers the combined area evenly for uniform heating. Follow local electrical codes and professional guidance when installing the hob and connecting the extraction system.
