BOXER Trippel Sugekop vacuum lifter, model 32257 — 3 x 80 kg suction cups

The BOXER Trippel Sugekop vacuum lifter, model 32257, is a manual handling accessory with three 80 kg suction cups designed for lifting and positioning smooth, non-porous materials. It attaches to flat surfaces and distributes load across three independently mounted cups to improve stability when moving panels, glass, tiles and sheet materials. The lightweight frame and ergonomic bar allow operators to control placement and reduce direct strain during short distance lifts.

Advantages

The triple suction arrangement increases contact area and improves hold on large flat surfaces, while each cup’s design permits a secure vacuum seal on smooth, non-porous materials. The device is lightweight and portable, enabling quick attachment and release without tools. Using the BOXER Trippel Sugekop can reduce manual effort and help maintain better control during handling tasks, supporting safer positioning and alignment of heavy panels or glass.

Suitable for

• Lifting and positioning glass panes and windows
• Handling sheet metal, plywood, MDF and similar smooth panels
• Transporting ceramic tiles, countertops and large cladding panels
• Short-distance manual transfers and precise placement during installation

When it may not be suitable

This vacuum lifter is intended for smooth, non-porous surfaces and will not hold reliably on rough, porous or heavily textured materials. It is designed for manual, short-distance handling and is not a substitute for mechanical lifting equipment for long-distance transport or overhead crane operations. Always verify the condition of the surface and the rated holding capacity before use to ensure safe operation.

Key specifications

• Number of suction cups: 3
• Rated holding capacity per cup: 80 kg
• Suitable surface type: smooth, non-porous materials (glass, sheet metal, coated panels, tiles)
• Mounting: manually operated bar with vacuum cups
• Typical applications: lifting and positioning of panels, glass, tiles and sheet materials

How to use

Place the suction cups on a clean, dry and smooth area of the load. Press the cups firmly against the surface to expel air and engage the vacuum seal following the manufacturer’s actuation method. Verify a secure hold by gently testing the load before lifting. Lift using proper posture and control the load with the bar; move only over short distances and lower the load onto a stable support before releasing the cups. Release the vacuum according to the device’s release mechanism and ensure cups are clean after use.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the loads and dimensions of the materials to ensure the combined holding capacity is sufficient
• Check that surfaces are smooth, non-porous and free of dust, oil or moisture for reliable sealing
• Assess whether manual short-distance lifting suits your workflow or if powered/mechanical lifting is required

Usage recommendations

Use the BOXER Trippel Sugekop on clean, flat surfaces and perform a safety check before each lift. Combine proper lifting technique with the device to reduce strain and increase control. Replace damaged cups and keep sealing surfaces free from contaminants to maintain performance.
