The Braun CG 9040 contact grill delivers versatile grilling on a large rectangular surface with 2000 W power and embedded heating elements for faster, more consistent cooking. Its two interchangeable plates (grid and griddle), three adjustable cooking positions and independent thermostats allow you to grill different foods at once. A dedicated Sear Button raises the temperature to about 250°C for a short time to produce a browned crust on steaks and thick cuts. Non-stick plates and a drip tray are dishwasher-safe for easier cleaning.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable mains outlet. Choose and attach the desired plates (grid or griddle) and set the hinge to one of the three cooking positions depending on the thickness of the food. Switch the grill on and set the temperature using the rotary dials; the independent thermostats allow different temperatures on top and bottom plates.
