Circular Polarising Camera Filter BRAUN 77mm (7.7 cm) Blueline
BRAUN Blueline circular polarising filter, 77 mm, is a screw-in camera filter designed to reduce reflections and glare from non-metallic surfaces while enhancing color saturation and contrast. Constructed with high-quality optical glass and a black metal ring, this circular polariser fits lenses with a 77 mm thread and helps control sky contrast, deepen blues and improve overall image clarity for landscape and outdoor photography.
The circular polarising design selectively reduces unwanted surface reflections and atmospheric haze without affecting exposure metering on modern cameras. High-quality optical glass ensures sharpness and accurate color rendering, while the slim black metal ring provides durable protection for the front element of the lens. The screw-in system offers a secure fit for lenses with matching threads and allows rotation to adjust the polarising effect precisely.
Screw the filter onto the front of a lens with a 77 mm thread until it is snug; avoid overtightening. Rotate the outer ring while observing the viewfinder or live view to adjust the amount of polarization until the desired reduction of reflections and enhancement of skies and colors is achieved. Use with care when stacking additional filters to prevent vignetting on wide-angle lenses. When not in use, store the filter in a protective case or soft pouch to prevent scratches.
For maximum effect, use the filter at 90 degrees to the sun to enhance sky contrast and color saturation. Avoid using the polariser at very wide angles when it may produce uneven polarization across the frame. Clean the glass with a lens-safe microfiber cloth and appropriate cleaner to maintain optical performance.
