Designed to reflect Braun's minimalist Bauhaus tradition, it provides straightforward daily functionality without unnecessary complexity.

Advantages

This digital alarm clock features automatic radio signal synchronization to ensure exact timekeeping without manual adjustments. Practical daily use is enhanced by the crescendo beep alarm that gradually increases in volume, an easily accessible touch snooze function, and an integrated backlight for visibility in dark environments.

Suitable for

• Bedside tables and nightstands in bedrooms

• Travel use in Central European Time zones
• Users who prefer minimalist Bauhaus-inspired design

When it may not be suitable

This alarm clock may not be suitable for use outside of Central European Time zones if you rely strictly on the automatic radio-controlled synchronization function, as the DCF signal may not be receivable. Additionally, users who require continuous illumination without pressing a button may find the temporary backlight limiting.

How to use

Insert the required AA batteries into the battery compartment located on the device. Upon power-up, the clock will attempt to synchronize with the DCF radio signal for accurate time setting. If you are located outside the coverage area of the Central European Time signal, you can disable the radio-controlled function and set the time manually. Use the top controls to manage the snooze function or activate the backlight as needed.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that you reside within the DCF radio signal coverage area if you intend to use the automatic synchronization feature
• Check the physical dimensions to ensure it fits your designated bedside or desk space
• Ensure you have compatible AA batteries available for power supply

For optimal performance, place the clock near a window during initial setup to facilitate radio signal reception, and replace batteries promptly when power levels run low to maintain alarm reliability.
