The Brinno BCC2000PLUS is a time-lapse camera system designed for long-term outdoor filming with 1920 x 1080 video resolution and a 2.1 MP sensor. Built for jobsite use, it combines a rugged IPX5 power housing, a 10 m ruggedized extender cable and laptop command-and-control to let you monitor and operate your camera from the ground. How to use

Install the camera and secure the Clamp Mount (ACC1000) on a suitable surface. Connect the camera to your laptop using the Camera Extender Kit (AFB1000) and the 10 m cable to access the Brinno Command Center (Windows 64-bit). From the laptop you can preview the camera frame, adjust capture interval and image settings, set schedules, start and stop recording, and monitor battery and SD card status. Use the Power Housing (ATH2000) for extended battery life or connect external power through the extender kit for continuous operation.

Usage recommendations

For reliable long-term outdoor operation, use a MicroSD card up to 128 GB and place the camera in the IPX5 Power Housing. Check battery level and available SD memory from the Command Center before deployment and periodically during the project. When downloading files while recording, ensure your laptop runs Windows 64-bit and use the recommended power-boosting cable and multi-task dongle for stable transfers.
