BRITA MAXTRA Pro White replacement cartridges (6 pcs) provide filtered tap water using a cartridge housing made with 50% bioplastic from renewable plant resources. The cartridges combine BRITA Micro Carbon Pearls from natural coconut shell carbon and ion-exchange pearls to reduce chlorine, limescale, lead, copper, certain pesticides, herbicides and some pharmaceutical residues. Each cartridge has an approximate capacity of 150 litres with a recommended replacement interval of about one month.

Advantages

The filter housing contains 50% bioplastic produced from plant-based raw materials, reducing the share of conventional oil-based polymers. Micro Carbon Pearls made from coconut shell carbon absorb chlorine, heavy metals such as lead and copper, various pesticides and other non‑soluble organic compounds without using synthetic substitutes. Ion-exchange pearls help prevent limescale buildup. A denser mesh captures fine particles down to 0.03 mm.
