The Broadcom NetXtreme N210GBT is a server-class internal Ethernet adapter with two 10GBASE-T ports on an OCP 3.0 form factor, providing high-bandwidth wired connectivity for enterprise and cloud-scale networking and storage applications. Built on Broadcom’s scalable 10/25/50/100/200G controller architecture, the N210GBT combines a high-throughput Ethernet controller with hardware acceleration engines to improve network performance and server efficiency in use cases such as high-performance computing, telco, machine learning, NVMe-oF storage and data analytics.

Advantages

The adapter delivers advanced flow processing and hardware offloads that reduce CPU utilization and increase throughput compared with software-only solutions. TruFlow technology can increase virtual machine density by up to 50%, while on-chip tunneling protocol processing for Geneve, VXLAN and NVGRE can provide up to a 5× throughput improvement and reduce CPU load by up to 90%. The card supports modern networking features including RoCE, SDN and NFV to support large-scale, manageable data center deployments.
