How to use

Place the BROCK SKS 1008 on a flat, stable surface and insert two AAA batteries. Press the power button to switch on and wait for the display to stabilise. Use the unit button to select the desired measurement unit (g, kg, lb:oz, ml or floz). To weigh ingredients in a bowl, place the empty bowl on the platform and press the tare/zero button to reset the display to zero, then add the ingredient and read the weight. For multiple ingredients, repeat the tare step after each addition. After use the scale will switch off automatically if left idle.

Usage recommendations

Use the scale on a level surface and avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the display area to prolong lifespan. For best accuracy, start weighing from the lowest recommended capacity and avoid overloading beyond 5 kg. Replace batteries when the display dims or the unit fails to power on.
