Milk frother Brunbeste BB-2217 stainless steel handheld electric whisk 220–240V
The Brunbeste BB-2217 stainless steel handheld electric whisk is a compact milk frother designed for home use. It operates from standard 220–240V mains and is intended to produce dense foam quickly for cappuccinos, lattes and hot chocolate. The frother’s stainless steel construction offers a hygienic surface that is easy to rinse, and its handheld form factor makes it convenient for small kitchens and quick beverage preparation.
Compact and lightweight, the handheld design allows precise control when frothing directly in cups or small pitchers. The stainless steel body resists staining and transfers heat minimally during short use. The device is compatible with dairy milk and plant-based alternatives, and it forms foam effectively in both hot and cold liquids. The motor is optimized for rapid whisking, producing dense microfoam in a short time, while the simple construction supports straightforward cleaning.
Insert the whisk into the cup or jug containing the desired amount of milk or milk alternative. Switch the frother on and move it gently through the liquid, maintaining a slight up-and-down motion to incorporate air and create foam. For hot drinks, warm the liquid to the desired temperature before frothing. After use, switch the device off, rinse the whisk head under running water and dry the stainless surfaces with a soft cloth. Allow the motor housing to remain dry and do not immerse it in water.
For best results, use chilled milk for cold foam and milk heated to around 60–65 °C for hot foam. Non-dairy milks froth differently—barista-style oat or almond milks typically yield more stable foam. Clean the whisk immediately after use to prevent residue buildup and extend the device’s service life.
