C-TECH PETG 1.75 mm 1 kg Filament — ESSENTIAL LINE, Gray
C-TECH PETG 1.75 mm 1 kg Filament — ESSENTIAL LINE in Gray is a thermoplastic filament formulated for FDM/FFF 3D printers. With a 1.75 mm diameter and a 1 kg spool, this PETG material combines mechanical strength, chemical resistance and relatively low warpage compared with ABS. It is intended for printing functional parts, prototypes and household items where durability and easy printing are required.
PETG from the ESSENTIAL LINE offers a balance between strength and printability: it provides good layer adhesion, impact resistance and chemical tolerance while remaining easier to print than more temperature-sensitive materials. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures wide compatibility with most hobby and prosumer printers, and the 1 kg spool format gives a practical filament supply for medium-sized projects. The gray color is neutral and suitable for visible parts and practical prototypes.
Load the 1.75 mm PETG filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer following the machine manufacturer's instructions. Set nozzle and bed temperatures according to typical PETG ranges for your specific printer and filament brand, use moderate print speeds and enable retraction settings appropriate for PETG to reduce stringing. Use a heated bed and recommended bed surface or adhesive to improve first-layer adhesion; allow printed parts to cool gradually to avoid stress. Monitor initial layers to confirm correct extrusion and bed adhesion before starting long prints.
Store the filament in a dry, cool place and reseal the spool in a moisture-proof bag when not in use. If the filament absorbs moisture, dry it according to the manufacturer's guidelines before printing. For best surface finish and dimensional accuracy, calibrate extrusion multiplier and printing temperature for your printer and perform test prints when changing color or spool.
