3D printer filament c-tech PLA 1.75 mm 1 kg Red
c-tech PLA filament 1.75 mm in red is a general-purpose FDM/FFF printing material supplied on a 1 kg spool. The filament is manufactured to a consistent 1.75 mm diameter and formulated from polylactic acid (PLA), a biodegradable thermoplastic known for low warping, low odor and easy extrusion. The spool format and standard winding make it compatible with a wide range of desktop 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament, enabling straightforward loading and reliable feeding for prototyping, models and everyday printed objects.
This PLA filament provides stable printing characteristics, including consistent diameter tolerance, good layer adhesion and low shrinkage that reduce the need for heated build plates. The material prints at moderate nozzle temperatures, produces minimal odor during extrusion and is suitable for fine detail and dimensional accuracy in small to medium-sized parts. The red color is evenly colored along the spool for uniform appearance of printed parts.
Load the spool onto the printer’s filament holder and feed the filament through the extruder according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Set nozzle temperature in the typical PLA range and use appropriate print speeds and cooling to achieve desired surface finish. Nozzle diameters and layer heights should be selected based on required detail and strength. If available, use a build surface or light adhesion aid to prevent part lifting for larger prints.
Store the filament in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and high humidity. If prints require increased impact resistance or heat tolerance, consider post-processing methods or selecting a different material designed for higher mechanical or thermal performance.
