InLine HDMI-DVI Cable 19 Pin male / 18+1 male ferrite choke black 1.8m
The InLine HDMI-DVI Cable 19 Pin male / 18+1 male ferrite choke black 1.8m by Cablexpert is a 1.8 metre adapter cable that connects DVI-D digital video sources to HDMI audio/video displays. It is intended for digital-only transmission between devices such as set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players, graphics cards and HDMI-equipped monitors, projectors or digital TVs. A built-in ferrite choke and shielding reduce electromagnetic interference to improve signal integrity.
This cable provides a straightforward HDMI 19‑pin Type‑A male to DVI‑D 18+1 male connection supporting Single Link digital video and digital audio pass-through where supported by source and display. The ferrite ring and overall shielding reduce external radio-frequency interference, while die‑cast connectors and thick PE sheath improve mechanical durability and reduce signal loss. The 1.8 m length offers flexibility for typical home and office setups.
Connect the HDMI Type‑A male end to the HDMI input of the display device and the DVI‑D 18+1 male end to the DVI‑D output of the source device. Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. After secure connection, power on the source and the display, then select the appropriate input on the display. Note that this cable carries a digital video signal (Single Link DVI); if the source or display requires an analog DVI‑A signal or a dual‑link DVI resolution, compatibility will be limited.
For best results keep cable runs as short as practical, avoid tight bends near the connectors or ferrite choke, and ensure connectors are fully inserted. Verify source and display settings for digital audio output if audio is expected via the HDMI-equipped display.
