How to use

Screw the Calumet 72 mm Mist filter onto the front thread of a lens with a matching 72 mm diameter. Use the tabs on the aluminum frame to ease mounting and removal. Adjust shooting parameters as needed: the filter reduces apparent contrast and sharpness, so compensate with exposure, aperture and focusing choices appropriate for the desired effect. For portraits, use wider apertures to retain soft background separation; for night or landscape scenes, bracket exposures or adjust ISO to maintain detail in highlights.
