How to use

Screw the Calumet CALSACPL72 onto the lens front thread (72 mm). Rotate the polarising ring while viewing the scene through the viewfinder or live view until the desired reduction of reflections and increase in colour saturation is achieved. Use the serrated edge and tabs on the frame for easier mounting and removal. To stack filters or add accessories, use the double threading on the frame. Clean the filter using a soft cloth and, if necessary, a lens cleaning solution compatible with coated optical glass.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use the polariser at a 90° angle to the sun to maximise sky darkening and colour saturation. Avoid excessive rotation near wide-angle lenses if vignetting appears; the ultra-slim frame reduces but may not eliminate vignetting on very wide lenses when stacked with other filters. Store the filter in the provided protective box when not in use and clean gently to preserve the multilayer coatings.
