The filter frames are slimmer than those in the previous Filter Kit One, and the filters are finished with anti-reflective coatings where specified.

How to use

Screw the appropriate filter onto the lens front thread (72 mm). Use the UV(C) filter as a protective element permanently or when shooting in bright, UV-rich environments. Rotate the circular polarizer while viewing the scene through the viewfinder or live view to adjust the polarization effect until reflections are reduced and sky contrast is improved. Attach the NDX8 when you need to reduce exposure by three stops for longer shutter speeds or wider apertures; meter the scene after mounting the ND filter and adjust exposure settings accordingly.

Usage recommendations

Keep filter glass clean and store filters in the supplied case when not in use. Use the circular polarizer at non-extreme wide angles for best effect. When stacking filters, be aware of possible vignetting on wide-angle lenses; use the slim frames to minimize this risk.
