Laptop Captiva 100741 with 250 GB SSD, 8 GB RAM, 15.6" display, Intel i5-1235U (no OS)
Captiva I10-0741GE is a 15.6-inch business and office laptop with an Intel Core i5-1235U processor, integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB of RAM and a 250GB solid-state drive. The configuration is intended for everyday productivity, basic multimedia and occasional use of optical media via the built-in DVD-RW. The unit in the Source data ships with Windows 11 Home preinstalled, and the power supply unit is not included.
The 12th-generation Intel Core i5-1235U and Intel Iris Xe graphics deliver a balance of energy efficiency and performance suited to typical office applications and web-based tasks. A 250GB SSD provides faster system boot and application load times compared with traditional hard drives. The internal DVD-RW offers the ability to read and write CDs and DVDs when legacy optical media are required.
This configuration is not intended for demanding gaming, heavy video editing, 3D rendering or other CPU/GPU‑intensive professional workloads; the integrated graphics and 8GB of RAM limit performance in those scenarios. The 250GB SSD offers limited local storage for large media libraries or extensive backups, and a compatible power supply must be obtained separately as it is not included.
Unpack the laptop and connect a compatible power supply before first use. Power on and follow the Windows 11 setup wizard to create user accounts, configure regional settings and join networks. Use the built-in Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth to connect to wireless networks and peripherals. Insert optical discs when you need to read or write CDs/DVDs. Manage storage and installed applications through Windows settings and enable automatic updates and security features for ongoing protection.
Keep the operating system and drivers updated, use a lightweight antivirus solution, and move large media files to external SSD or network storage to preserve internal capacity. If you expect heavier multitasking or larger local storage needs, plan for a memory upgrade or secondary storage before regular deployment.
