Laptop Captiva 100764 — 500 GB SSD, 16 GB RAM, 15.6" (no OS)
Captiva I10-0764GE is a 15.6-inch laptop designed for business and office use. This configuration includes an Intel Core i7-1255U processor, integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16 GB of RAM and a 500 GB solid-state drive for responsive multitasking and quick application start-up. The system features a built-in DVD-RW optical drive and standard wireless connectivity. Note: the power supply unit is not included in the package.
The laptop pairs a modern low-power Intel Core i7 processor with integrated Iris Xe graphics to provide steady performance for typical office workloads, web conferencing and light multimedia. A 500 GB SSD reduces boot and load times while 16 GB of RAM supports multiple applications and browser tabs running concurrently. The included DVD-RW drive maintains compatibility with optical media and enables optical backups. Standard Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and a 15.6-inch display make the device suitable as a desktop-replacement in office environments.
Because the laptop relies on integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics and a low-power U-series processor, it is not intended for demanding 3D gaming or professional GPU-accelerated tasks such as high-end 3D rendering or complex machine learning training. The fixed 500 GB SSD and specified memory capacity mean very large local storage needs or extremely memory-intensive projects may require external storage or a different configuration.
Place the laptop on a stable surface and connect a compatible power adapter before first use (power supply unit not included). Install or configure the desired operating system if none is preinstalled, then complete initial setup and install security updates and drivers. Use the SSD for the operating system and frequently used applications to benefit from faster load times; keep large files on external drives or cloud storage if needed. For optical media tasks, insert discs into the DVD-RW drive and use appropriate software to read or write discs.
Keep the operating system and drivers up to date, use balanced power plans to trade off performance and battery life, and store large projects on external drives for stable daily performance. When using the DVD-RW drive, operate the laptop on a stable surface and handle discs carefully during read/write operations.
